ITERVO uses four customer-facing states. None of them is guessed from geography alone.

AVAILABLEVerified operational gates pass for the selected workflow/date. Final request checks still run.
LIMITEDSome verified capacity exists, but availability is constrained and may close before submission.
WAITLISTThe area can be supported, but verified capacity is full for the selected date.
NOT YET AVAILABLERequired locality, compliance, partner, network or capacity gates are not currently proven.
X2 operating rule

A location becomes requestable only when its service zone, compliance status, workflow, required partner roles, verified network nodes, operating day and remaining capacity all pass. Planning geography never becomes operational automatically.
